WARRANTY – Eutheria Group guarantees that products purchased directly from us meet specifications and are free from material defects and workmanship errors for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
Products purchased through unauthorized channels, including websites like eBay and Amazon, are not covered by this warranty. Issues with such purchases should be resolved directly with the vendor. Signs of normal wear, such as lens scratches, are not considered defects and are therefore not covered under this warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim under these terms, please provide proof of purchase along with details of the issue. After an initial evaluation, and if the warranty applies, we may request that you return the product using our Customer Service’s specified delivery service.
PRODUCTS WITH A VALID WARRANTY
If you report a defect by emailing info@eutheriagroup.com within 12 months of purchase and the defect is confirmed as a material or production fault, we will provide a replacement frame.
Upon receiving the item, we recommend inspecting it for any further issues. If you detect any additional defects, please report them to Customer Service within 10 business days.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY FRAMES?
To maintain the original quality and functionality of your eyewear, it’s essential to clean and store it properly.
We recommend rinsing your glasses regularly under running water and drying them with a soft microfiber cloth, typically provided with your eyewear.
Avoid wiping lenses with a dry cloth, as dust particles can cause scratches.
To protect both lenses and frames, never place your glasses face down, keep surfaces from contacting the lenses, and store them in a dry place in their case when not in use.
Additionally, never leave your eyewear in direct sunlight in a non-ventilated space, as this may cause irreversible damage.
